What online leak sealing solves.

Application

Where it is the right answer

Leaking flanges, gaskets and bolted joints. Through-wall corrosion and pitting. Valve bodies, bonnets and weld seams. Elbows, tees, reducers and small-bore lines.
Compatibility

300+ compatible fluids

Steam, water and condensate. Hydrocarbons and light gases. Hydrogen, ammonia and nitrogen. Sulphuric and hydrofluoric acid — and many more.

Process

Six steps, documented end-to-end.

From first call to final dossier — every step engineered, executed and recorded against the line conditions.

01

Assessment

On-site evaluation of leak location, line data, operating conditions and access. Engineer-led, not technician-led.
02

Engineering

Clamp or enclosure designed to line geometry, pressure, temperature and fluid, to the applicable code. FEA where severity justifies.
03

Fabrication

Manufactured to drawing with full material and weld traceability. Pre-installation pressure test and inspection.
04

Mobilisation

Trained field crew mobilised under your PTW and HSE regime. Method statement, JSA and risk assessment issued for approval.
05

Installation

Installed and sealed under controlled injection pressure. Continuous monitoring through to containment confirmation.
06

Documentation

Full intervention dossier — drawings, calculations, MTRs, injection record and photographs — closed out to your IMS.
Overview

A complete intervention record.

Each intervention begins with site assessment and line-data capture, proceeds through engineered clamp or enclosure design, and concludes with sealant injection under controlled pressure — restoring containment without an unplanned shutdown.
Led by an engineer, executed by a trained crew, and closed out with a documented dossier that integrates into your integrity-management system.
Client benefits

Unplanned shutdown avoided — production and offtake commitments preserved.

Repair deferred to the next planned turnaround on a controlled schedule.

HSE and environmental exposure reduced during live operation.

Every intervention recorded to integrity-management standards.
