Bespoke Clamp Engineering

NICCO / Services / Clamps
S Service / Clamps

Engineering studio first.
Fabricator second.

Bespoke clamps are engineered for the line – geometry, service, materials, pressure, temperature, access, inspection, and future removal or permanent repair planning.
Applications

Where bespoke clamps are the right answer.

Flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, valve bodies, bonnet enclosures, long-line defects, split-shell enclosures, high-temperature and cryogenic service.
Preserves

Traceable engineering control.

Calculations, drawings, material selection, heat numbers, MTRs, weld records, inspection, pressure testing, and approval gates before fabrication.
Accountability

No anonymous shop in the chain.

Design, fabrication, and field execution stay under one engineering team.
01

Line data capture

Dimensional survey, fluid identification, conditions, and access photography.
02

Design calculation

Wall thickness, bolting, and sealing geometry calculated against code reference.
03

FEA validation

Applied where severity, geometry, or temperature gradient justifies it.
04

Approval drawings

Issued to client. Fabrication does not start without sign-off.
05

Fabrication & test

Manufactured, inspected, NDE checked, and pressure tested.
06

Field installation

Installed by NESL crew or supervised contractor crew and documented.
Engagement

Before the shutdown.
Before the incident.
Before the headline.

For emergency containment, product selection, training, or regional partnership, route the requirement to the engineering desk.
