Why we do this
Few clients call us on a good day. There is a leak, the pressure is on, and the only alternative is shutting the plant down — an outcome that is costly for everyone.
That is the problem we exist to solve. Online leak sealing is not one service among many for us; it is the whole of our business. Long ago we made a deliberate choice: to be genuinely excellent at one thing rather than average at many. Four decades on, that focus still defines us.

NICCO began with Furmanite International — the company that pioneered online leak sealing.
That heritage sets us apart. Many firms describe themselves as pioneers; we learned the discipline from the people who established it, and have spent more than forty years refining it on live plant across the world. We do not simply arrive with someone else’s equipment. We formulate our own sealing compounds, manufacture our own tools and fittings, and deploy our own trained teams.
Managing every part ourselves means we respond faster, hold quality to a consistent standard, and match the sealant precisely to what is running through your line. Many companies offer part of this; we take care of the whole of it, from first assessment to final seal.
Engineered before we arrive
A leak is usually the sign of a larger problem, so we never simply patch it and hope. Before we touch anything, we study the line — its size, pressure, temperature and what it carries — and design the repair around those specifics, confirming it will hold before we ever reach your plant.
